Hotel Policies
  • All rates for rooms are based on double occupancy. Extra person charges of $25+tax per night per person apply.
  • Rollaway beds are NOT available. Pack and Play infant play pens may be provided based on availability at check-in for a fee of $25+tax per night. We cannot guarantee availability.
  • All guests must be 21 years of age to check-in. A valid government issued photo ID and the credit card you are using to guarantee your stay are required at time of check-in.
  • All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests made via this Web site cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
  • Friendly pets fewer than 60 pounds are welcome, but must be registered in writing at time of check-in. There is a $25+tax fee per pet per night. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if your pet is aggressive in any way, or disturbs the quiet enjoyment of our other guests. Pets may not be left unattended in guest rooms.
  • Check-in time is 4 PM.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  • All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in designated areas.
  • For your safety all reservations made for the 3 Palms Hotel must be guaranteed to a major credit card and you will need to show that credit card matching your personal ID at check-in. Upon check-in we will authorize your credit card for the entire amount of your stay plus $100 to cover possible incidentals, which may include but are not limited to; room damage, phone calls, pet fees, extra person charges. We will not be able to check you in if you do not have a valid debit or credit card that we can authorize for charges equaling your estimated total stay plus $100. We do not accept cash deposits, but you may settle your bill at check-out with cash.
  • Reservations under $2,000 require a deposit equal to one night's stay plus tax.
  • Reservations over $2,000 require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time the reservation is made which may be paid via check, cash, money order or cashier’s check. The balance of the reservation must be paid 10 days prior to the reservation via check, cash, money order or cashier’s check.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel before 4:00pm 7 days prior to the date of arrival, no cancellation charge.
  • Cancel after 4:00pm 7 days prior to arrival date, pay 1 night room and tax.
  • Cancel after arrival, no refund.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice and are also subject to availability.
  • City/State Occupancy Tax/Fee 15.5%. Hotel Service Fee 6.9%.
